Die Produktgröße für MMBT16CHFWB beträgt 0 (ohne Kern) bis 0,5 Zoll oder 12,5 mm.

Durch Ändern des grundlegenden Faden-/Drahtdurchmessers und der Anzahl der Fäden/Drähte pro Träger können zahlreiche Projekte erstellt werden. 3 Grundmuster sind Raute, Fischgrätmuster und Halblast.

Die medizinischen Flechtmaschinen von MMBT sind für das dreiachsige Flechten geeignet und verfügen über einen integrierten Spulenwickler. Die Anzahl der dreiachsigen Fäden entspricht der Hälfte der Träger. Die medizinischen Feindraht-Flechtmaschinen von MMBT verfügen über vertikal gefederte Träger aus reinem Nylon mit Hartmetallösen und einem optionalen dreiachsigen Kit. Die medizinische Flechtmaschine von MMBT verfügt über vier gezahnte Hornzahnräder, die sich mit 300 U/min drehen und bis zu 600 Schüsse pro Minute erreichen. Bis zu zehn Segmente können in einem Rezept programmiert werden, wodurch unterschiedliche PPI für jedes Segment möglich sind.

MMBT-Feindraht-Flechtmaschinen für medizinische Zwecke können die folgenden Drähte und Fasern flechten:

KABEL: Edelstahl, Kupfer, Nitril, Titan, Platin und Kobalt-Chrom.

FASERN: Nylon, Polyester, Dyneema, Kevlar, Vectran, Spectra, PET, PEN, PP, PEEK und LCP.
