At MMBT by Metro CAD, we’re proud to showcase our latest completed project: a 7,500 sq. ft. modular, demountable hardwall cleanroom, designed to meet ISO Class 8 (100,000 PPM) standards. This cleanroom tested better than Class 7. Built with precision, durability, and compliance in mind, this cleanroom demonstrates our commitment to delivering high-quality, scalable environments for medical device manufacturing.

Key Features of the Cleanroom

Our cleanroom combines advanced filtration, durable construction, and modern design to meet the strict requirements of today’s production facilities:

• Glass Windows & Aluminum Doors: Clear viewing panels and aluminum doors with glass inserts allow visibility while maintaining compliance and controlled access
• Ceiling System: Aluminum Octanorm ceiling grid with aluminum-clad polyethylene white tiles, suspended from the superstructure, ensures durability and safety.
• Air Filtration & Lighting: FFU HEPA units provide contaminant-free airflow, and LED lighting keeps the workspace bright and energy-efficient.
• Performance & Compliance: Approximately 39 air changes per hour meet ISO Class 8 standards for a controlled, safe production environment.
• Gowning Rooms: External 600 sq. ft. gowning area enables staff to enter and exit cleanly, minimizing contamination.
