Tresseuses horizontales à fil fin MMBT

MMBT propose une tresseuse horizontale ronde numérique de pointe à fonctionnement silencieux de 3 à 300 porteurs sur une plate-forme rentable.

La taille du produit pour le MMBT16CHFWB est de 0 (sans noyau) à 0,5" ou 12,5 mm.

Une large gamme de projets peut être réalisée en modifiant le diamètre de base du fil/fil et le nombre de fils/fils par support. Les 3 modèles de base sont le losange, le chevron et la demi-charge.

Les tresseuses médicales MMBT permettent le tressage triaxial et sont équipées d'un enrouleur de bobine intégré. Le nombre de tresses triaxiales est égal à la moitié du nombre de supports. Les tresseuses médicales à fil fin MMBT sont équipées de supports verticaux en nylon vierge à ressort avec œillets en carbure et d'un kit triaxial en option. La tresseuse médicale MMBT est équipée de 4 engrenages à corne crantée pouvant tourner à 300 tr/min et atteindre une cadence de 600 points/min. Jusqu'à 10 segments peuvent être programmés dans une même recette, permettant ainsi un PPI différent pour chaque segment.

Les tresseuses médicales à fils fins MMBT peuvent tresser les fils et fibres suivants :

FILS : Acier inoxydable, cuivre, Niti, titane, platine et cobalt-chrome.

FIBRES : Nylon, Polyester, Dyneema, Kevlar, Vectran, Spectra, PET, PEN, PP, PEEK et LCP.
