MMBT 16 Carrier Horizontale Fijne Draadvlechtmachines Momenteel OP VOORRAAD!

Wij hebben state of the art Digital Circular Fine Wire Braiders. Onze stille braiders voor medische katheters zijn er in meerdere configuraties, van 16 dragers tot wel 300 dragers, zowel horizontale als verticale types. Onze braiders zijn ideaal voor een breed scala aan fijne draad- en vezelproducten van medische katheters, stents tot digitale kabels en meer.

  • De vlechters van MMBT werken stil en zijn geschikt voor triaxiaal vlechten met een triaxiale kit. Het aantal beschikbare triaxialen is gelijk aan de helft van het aantal dragers.
  • Het basisprincipe van deze machine is dat elke draad/draad ineengedraaid is met een andere draad/draad en van boven en onder kruist. Zo ontstaat een doorlopende, naadloze huls met een niet-orthogonale vezel-/draadoriëntatie.
  • Frame van robuuste aluminium constructie met Braider-plaat, trekkerconstructie, aanraakbedieningspaneel, elektrische behuizing, afhaal- en ophaalhandlers, op wielen.
  • Een breed scala aan projecten kan worden geproduceerd door de basisdraad/draaddiameter en het aantal draden/draden per drager te veranderen. 3 basispatronen zijn Diamond, Herringbone en Half Load.
