All MMBT braiders include a MMBT220X Measuring Camera Microscope and Monitor. Take live pictures of the braid during production and monitor the braid quality.

Segmented Braids

MMBT Medical Braiding Machines can have up to 10 segmented braids programmed in one recipe. Each segment can have different PPI, allowing vast versatility and customization when it comes to research and development of medical device manufacturing.

What braid patterns can MMBT braider machines manufacture?

MMBT offers a range of braid patterns to suit various applications, and a triaxial kit option is available to provide versatility for different project requirements. A 16 carrier braider can have 1 to 8 triaxials with the purchase of a triaxial kit.
