MMBT fijne draad horizontale vlechtmachines

MMBT biedt een stille, ultramoderne digitale ronde horizontale vlechtmachine met 3-300 dragers op een kosteneffectief platform.

MMBT16CHFWB zijn momenteel OP VOORRAAD!

De productafmetingen voor de MMBT16CHFWB zijn 0 (geen kern) tot 0,5" of 12,5 mm.

Door de basisdiameter van de draad/het draad en het aantal draden/draden per drager te wijzigen, kunnen er uiteenlopende projecten worden gemaakt. Er zijn 3 basispatronen: Diamond, Herringbone en Half Load.

MMBT medische vlechtmachines zijn geschikt voor triaxiaal vlechten en worden geleverd met een ingebouwde spoelwinder. Het aantal triaxialen is gelijk aan de helft van het aantal dragers. MMBT fijne draad medische vlechtmachines hebben verticale veerbelaste maagdelijke nylon dragers met carbide ogen en een optionele triaxiale kit. De medische vlechtmachine van MMBT heeft 4 gekerfde hoorntandwielen die kunnen roteren @ 300 RPM en tot 600 picks/min hebben. Er kunnen tot 10 segmenten in één recept worden geprogrammeerd, wat verschillende PPI voor elk segment mogelijk maakt.

MMBT-fijndraads medische vlechters kunnen de volgende draden en vezels vlechten:

DRADEN: Roestvrij staal, koper, niti, titanium, platina en koboltchroom.

VEZELS: Nylon, Polyester, Dyneema, Kevlar, Vectran, Spectra, PET, PEN, PP, PEEK en LCP.
