MMBT16CHFWB braider delivers the best in class braiding, with improved push ability, stiffness, torque response, flexibility, kink, and pressure resistance. Additional options include a triaxial kit, measuring camera options and die guides.
MMBT offers both vertical and horizontal carriers from 16 up to 288.
Common sizes are 16 | 24 | 32 | 48 | 64 | 72 | 96 | 144 | 288.

Elegant design, rigid structure, & high output with easy operation. Machine operating elements are grouped on a separate intuitive HMI panel for the ease of operation and clear visibility.
A wide range of projects can be produced by changing the basic thread/wire diameter and number of threads/wires per carrier. Three basic braid patterns are Diamond, Herringbone and Half Load. MMBT medical braiders are triaxial braiding capable. MMBT16CHFWB has 16 vertical spring-loaded virgin nylon carriers with carbide eyelets and optional triaxial kit from 1 to 8 triaxials. MMBT's 16 carrier medical braider has 4 horns per gear that can rotate @ 300 RPM and have up to 600 picks/min. Up to 10 segments can be programmed in one recipe, allowing for different PPI for each segment.
