The MMBT32CHFWB is a quiet operating digital round fine wire medical braider.

MMBT32CHFWB braider delivers the best in class braiding, with improved push ability, stiffness, torque response, flexibility, kink, and pressure resistance. Additional options include a triaxial kit, measuring camera options and die guides.

MMBT braiders offer a quiet operating experience. Our braiders have non-contact auto stops to detect wire breaks and empty bobbins. The built in bobbin winder makes it convenient to keep loading bobbins while still in product production.

MMBT offers both vertical and horizontal carriers from 16 up to 288.
Common sizes are 16 | 24 | 32 | 48 | 64 | 72 | 96 | 144 | 288.

Elegant design, rigid structure, & high output with easy operation. Machine operating elements are grouped on a separate intuitive HMI panel for the ease of operation and clear visibility. A wide range of projects can be produced by changing the basic thread/wire diameter and number of threads/wires per carrier. Three basic braid patterns are Diamond, Herringbone and Half Load. MMBT medical braiders are triaxial braiding capable. MMBT32CHFWB has 32 vertical spring-loaded virgin nylon carriers with carbide eyelets and optional triaxial kit from 1 to 16 triaxials. MMBT's 32 carrier medical braider has 4 horns per gear that can rotate @ 300 RPM and have up to 600 picks/min. Up to 10 segments can be programmed in one recipe, allowing for different PPI for each segment.

MMBT's 32 carrier horizontal fine wire medical braider can braid the following wires and fibers:

WIRES: Stainless Steel, Copper, Niti, Titanium, Gold, Platinum and Cobolt-Chromium.

FIBERS: Nylon, Polyester, Dyneema, Kevlar, Vectran, Spectra, PET, PEN, PP, PEEK and LCP.
