High-Precision Fine-Wire Catheter Braiders (Ultra-Quiet 80 dB Operation)

Ranging from 3 to 300 carriers in vertical and horizontal configurations, our systems handle ultra-fine 11x33 micron flat wire out of the box. Plus, horizontal braiders feature a built-in bobbin winder for zero production downtime, and triaxial kits allow for triaxial runs up to half the number of carriers. For operations looking to maximize output even further, our optional coiler kit upgrade seamlessly streamlines post-braid collection and handling.
