As seen in the video above, the precision of the MMBT series is unmatched. Our standard, unmodified MMBT16CHFWB is capable of braiding 11-micron stainless steel wire. To put that into perspective, 11-micron wire is thinner than 1/7th of a human hair. Braiding material this delicate requires a perfectly balanced tension system and a friction-free path.

- Complex Constructions: For projects requiring longitudinal reinforcement, our Triaxial Kits are readily available to introduce stationary "zero-degree" ends into the braid.
Real-Time Quality Control
Every MMBT braider comes standard with an integrated digital camera scope. This allows your team to perform real-time verification of braid angles and pic counts (PPI) via a user-friendly interface.
